Licensed Nursing Assistants have undergone training for offering basic health care services, including wound care, dressing services, and more. They can also take patients’ health history and information, which is essential in creating a personalized care plan. In instances where patients and family members have inquiries about patients’ health conditions and treatment, LPNs may also address their questions. In case of emergency or apparent changes in patients’ vital condition, LPNs directly report to a Registered Nurse or patients’ doctor.
You can trust us to help you find healthcare professionals that can easily adapt to your work culture and seamlessly collaborate with the medical and non-medical care providers on your team. Do you have more questions? Please do not hesitate to send us a message or give us a call.
